MY JOURNEY...
My journey in the trades began with my father Joe Schiavello, a custom home builder and my mother Sandra Therrien, AND Growing up surrounded by craftsmen, I learned the value of exceptional work. My grandfather, Robert Therrien, was a skilled stone mason, further shaping my appreciation for all the trades. My grandmother Ethel was a seamstress and she had unique talents helping Grandpa.
After completing grade 10, I started as an apprentice with Rainbow Mechanical and became a member of Local 46 in 2006. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside talented professionals, including Michael Henderson, a skilled stone mason at 93 Frederick St. during his custom home build Late in the year 2024 & early 2025.
I've spent two and a half years as estimator to my father Joe Schiavello at Consult Mechanical before leaving to pursue JSO Associates Inc's growth. At JSO, we focus on building custom homes, commercial builds utilizing our skilled team and close-knit circle of trusted friends to deliver exceptional results.
